We need our WHMCS pages to be customized to match our website . We have a sample website to show you and we need that your code to add some information in a database for our feature access. We prefer to award the project to the individuals who can communicate via Skype, Gtalk, or phone after the project is awarded.

I want some who is very good in all program languages, mostly in PHP and HTML. I have the design template ready I want someone who can program me a fully functional e-commerce website to sell domain names and hosting packages, also be able to search WHOIS records. I want it fully managed if possible, example when a customer buys a domain and hosting package it creates all Control panel and register the domain automatically in the WHOIS record for them ect.. I want someone who is very cheap PLEASE...
